I know some of these salads, wraps, etc. may look intimidating...but don't fret! Here are some VERY easy concoctions just for you...and you.
Raw Kale Salad:
Every trendy cafe serves one and now you can make one just as well in your own home.
Step 1: Put some rinsed kale in a bowl.
Step 2: Massage however much avocado you want into the kale for 10 minutes. Yes, 10.
Step 3: Add a teensy bit of cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil.
Step 4: Add a pinch of sea salt and some love.
and you're done.
Tropical Spinach Salad:
Not one single trendy cafe serves this and it's a mystery to me. Prepare to have your mind blown.
Step 1: Put some rinsed kale in a container that has a lid.
Step 2: Add some sliced banana and strawberries.
Step 3: Drizzle Annie's Fat Free Mango Dressing or Bragg's Hawaiian Dressing on top.
Step 4: Seal lid and shake SHAKE sHaKe...
Toss in some love and...DONE!
**Tip: Sprinkle chia or flaxmeal on top of salads to get some nice texture and even nicer omega 3's. Ohhh yeahhh.
